Description

The Horseshoe Bend Phase 3 Improvements will consist of the construction of a new 11,000sf visitor contact station located about 1-1/2 miles south of Page, AZ proper. The building will include 3,500sf of conditioned public restrooms, open and private office areas, storage and utility spaces. The remaining 7,500sf will be outdoor, shaded seating and interpretive areas. In addition, an 800sf shade ramada will be constructed southeast of the main contact station for bus drop off and pick up. This phase also has the potential to include a parking lot expansion of 104 vehicular and 13 RV/bus parking spaces.
