| Description | Location - Jones Beach State Park Well House #3 Remove entire existing roof and ceiling and furnish and install an entire new roof and ceiling at the Well House #3 in the same layout as the existing roof and ceiling. The work includes both flat and sloped roofing assemblies, roof and ceiling framing, sheathing, shingles, roofing membrane, flashing, equipment roof hatch, gypsum ceiling finish, soffit boards and vents, fascia and trim boards.
