Cable Tray Installation and Acoustic Ceiling Replacement

Furnish all labor and equipment for cable tray installation and acoustic ceiling replacement at Colorado Springs, CO (COS ATCT) which will consist of: a) Remove existing rubber stair treads and risers in the stairwell, between floors 7 and 9. This includes the stairs in the stairwell on the 9th floor which lead to the cab catwalk, also and the stairs on the 9th floor leading to the circular stairs (which lead to the cab). Install new rubber tread and riser. b) Remove existing grit tape from the circular stairs leading to the cab. Install new grit tape on the circular stairs, as well as on the leading edge of the new stair treads leading to the circular stairs, from the 9th floor landing. c) Replace existing floor tile from the rooms designated on drawing RDU-D-ATCT-A003, which includes the stairwell entry's and landings on the 8th and 9th floors and stairwell landings on floors 7.5 and 8.5, as well as rooms J-02 and J-03 on the 9th floor. Flooring replacement is defined as removal and disposal of existing flooring and cove base (where present) and thresholds/ edge trim (where present), and installation of new flooring and cove base (if required), thresholds and edge trim. New cove base is only required where cove base presently exists. d) Repaint handrails in stairwell, beginning at 7th floor entry (room Jl-1), and ending at the top of the cab circular stairs. Repainting includes rails, spindles, grating and channels, on either side of stairs. Repainting includes all visible sides, two coats
