Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing packaged rooftop units with Owner furnished units for various rooms at Edwards-Wilson Center. 1. Remove existing gas fired rooftop units. Disconnect all electrical service feeding each RTU lockout/tagout breakers within panels. Disconnect all fire alarm wiring as required. Disconnect exiting DDC wiring from units. Contractor shall dispose of existing units. 2. Disconnect existing gas piping from units. 3. Disconnect ductwork from units as required. 4. Remove all condensate piping from each unit. 5. Prep existing roof curbs to accept new curb adapters.
