| Description | The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Proposals from qualified firms for SDOT 21-025 Safe and Slow Seattle. In accordance with funding granted to the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) from the Washington State Transportation Safety Commission (WSTSC), SDOT seeks consultant services to launch and sustain an?educational campaign to?improve driver behavior, specifically?compliance?with state and local laws?to?make the most vulnerable?travelers?of our city’s?streets safer.? The campaign will?aim to?gain traction?on two?complimentary?messages:? Lower speed limits save?lives? Every intersection is a legal pedestrian?crossing?? This contract is for a consultant to facilitate transcreating a brand and messaging with our focus communities. The consultant will also deliver the campaign through a variety of media, including coordinating and purchasing ad buys. |
