Work for this project is packaged into one (1) Base Bid. The bid package's scope of work includes all work related to the CONSTRUCT HANGAR ACCESS DRIVE. Major work items for this project consist of, but are not limited to, removal of existing asphalt taxiway, removal of existing fence, removal of existing drywell structures, unclassified excavation, placement of aggregate base course, asphalt surface, installation of storm drainage structures, topsoil placement, seeding, and mulching. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Columbus Board of Aviation Commissioners, Columbus, Indiana, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Turf and Grasses.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Airfield Signaling and Control Equipment.
