Eden Place Accessibility Improvements

The Project Consists of renovation of two (2) one-bedroom apartments, one (1) public restroom, as well as miscellaneous and associated work to meet accessibility requirements at the Eden Place development. The Architect and Owner have identified the work items, the location where the work is to be performed, and the quantity of the work. In general, the work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: bathroom demolition, underslab plumbing work, wall framing, plumbing, electrical, gypsum wallboard, flooring, paint, fixtures and equipment as well as other associated work.
