Description

Conduct preliminary engineering and design engineering services for the Mill and Overlay of Mill Road from Gateway Drive to N Washington Street. The Mill Road project is expected to consist of the milling and asphalt overlaying of a rural section between Gateway Drive and North Washington in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The project is likely to include full-depth patches and the removal of a small amount of decommissioned railroad track. It is anticipated that required services will include a scoping meeting, field review, preliminary survey, environmental documentation, utility coordination, public input process, possible right-ofway acquisition, preparation of plans, cost estimate, and specifications, and preliminary shop drawing review. All work shall be performed to NDDOT standards and procedures. It is anticipated that final plans, specifications, and other required documents shall be completed and submitted to the NDDOT by December 3, 2021 for a February 2022 bid opening.
