Landscape Improvements - City of Prescott Valley

Install landscaping in completed median sections of Viewpoint Drive at Spouse ,Manley and Roundup Intersections which will be funded by the Streets Capital Improvement Fund. In addition, install landscaping along the State Route 69 corridor between Truwood and Yavapai Road which will be funded by the Capital Project Growth Fund. These improvements are designed to improve curb appeal in these areas. Project is included City of Prescott Valley FY 2022-2023 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
