Renovation of an existing approximately 535 square foot paint room to include, but not limited to selective demolition, new supply air plenum, roof mounted make-up air unit, plenum and rooftop exhaust fan, moveable walls to direct air flow, painting, suspended metal ceiling system, extension of existing sprinkler heads to below the new ceiling, and new explosion proof LED light fixtures.
