Description

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and performing all services required for the construction of the CITY OF SAN LUIS RANCHO LOS OROS ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2 (CDBG Contract # 134-22), and work incidental thereto. This project is funded with Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements, including the payment of Davis-Bacon wages and maintenance of certified payrolls. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Bid should be submitted on the Proposal Form and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to removal and replacement of 148 linear feet of 8" diameter sewermain, one sanitary sewer manhole replacement, and approximately 11,143 square yards of pavement replacement, miscellaneous replacement of concrete rolled curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway entrances. Project also includes adjusting existing water valves and sewer manholes with new frame and covers, and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the bid opening
