Roosevelt Park Improvements Project

Township Work: Base Bid: The project generally includes the construction of a pond overbank expansion, excavation and hauling of excess soil, construction of pond water supply forcemain and associated fittings, asphalt paths, a parking lot and additional site improvements. Alternate Bid(s): There are three alternate bids for the Township work. The first alternate will include but is not limited to fencing, site amenities and landscaping. The second alternate bid includes construction of additional pathways, installation of concrete and site amenities. The third alternate will include construction of an asphalt path, boardwalk and pier (including concrete sonotubes and helical piles) as well as other ancillary work. Sewerage Authority Work: Base Bid: The Authority portion of the work involves the construction of 12” PVC sewer, sanitary manholes, associated trench restoration, and other ancillary work. Alternate Bid(s): There is one alternate bids to the Authority work. The alternate will include the construction of additional 12” PVC sewer, sanitary manholes, associated trench restoration, and other ancillary work.
