Window Replacement at Princeton Elementary School, Glen Iris Elementary School, Avondale Elementary School, & Kennedy School This project consists of: Replacement of existing windows with associated demolition work All related work as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents Work shall Commence on the Earlier of either the date of the owners written Notice to Proceed or the Contractors receipt of the fully executed contract and shall be Substantially complete within 240 Consecutive calendar days Thereafter The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors id, in their judgement , the best interests of the owner will thereby be promoted. The project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of existing windows with associated demolition work and all related work as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents
