This Project is Located in the Mohawk Valley Region and Includes the Following: Counties Oneida Villages New Hartford Clayville Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
