In general, the work consists Flat Roof Areas: Removal of existing BUR roofing down to existing deck. Installation of adhered insulation system, a 60-mil fully adhered black EPDM roof membrane, and Prefinished sheet metal flashings. Pitched Roof Areas: Removal of existing clay tile roofing down to the existing deck. Installation of 2x4 furring strips, 1/2” plywood sheathing; underlayment and granulated metal shingles, perimeter flashings and gutter system. Repair/ replacement of HVAC louvers. |
