Replace HVAC in Building 10 and Building 11 (REBID)

Area of work SC Criminal Justice Academy Bldg. 10 and Bldg. II 5400 Broad River Rd. Columbia, SC 23212 This is a REBID of a previous solicitation. Scope of Work includes removal of existing HVAC systems and replacement of systems with a new Variable Refrigerant Flow HVAC system as indicated. Scope of work includes new electrical to units and replacement of existing ceiling grids. Refer to documents for full scope and project requirements. Changes made from the previous solicitation include elimination of service agreement, clarifications of warranty scope and simplification of materials. Construction Cost Range: $325,000 to $350,000 Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
