| Description | Lake Havasu City will receive bids on the date indicated on the solicitation summary for the purpose of selecting a supplier to provide Engineered Fire Suppression Systems- Maintenance and Service. Bidders are required to comply with the scope of services specified in Section H - Technical Specifications, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Bid security in the form of a certified check or cashier's check payable to Lake Havasu City, or a satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contract total shall be submitted with each bid. |
