Item 1: 30 gal. prime coat with AE-P/E-1 prime emulsified asphalt. Item 2: 200 l.f. milling of bitutminous pavement notches. Item 3: 1,022 ton warm mix scratch and leveling course, 9.5mm, in place. Item 4: 1,363 ton warm mix wearing course, 9.55mm, in place. Item 5: 377 ton, aggregate shoulder, in place. Item 6: 163 ton R-4 rock lining, in place. Item 7: 19,650 l.f. double yellow centerline. Prevailing wages apply. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 percent of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100 percent of the contract shallb e furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipalty reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
