Repair HVAC Systems

The following is needed: HVAC repairs for various buildings across the 126th Air Refueling Wing, below is a brief synopsis of the work that is needed – Bldg 5000: • VFD continuously blowing fuses, needs to be replaced. VFD located in Bldg 5000 mechanical room. • Main chiller blowing fuses as well, needs to be troubleshooted to determine cause • HVAC system as a whole not producing enough airflow to what DDC system set points are shown to be. Getting 1/3 to 1/4 of design airflow on second floor and some portions of first floor. Bldg 5026: • System is leaking refrigerant (R-22). Leak is currently unknown, needs to be found and fixed. Bldg 5022: •Replace condenser pan or route condensing system to avoid leak. Existing pan is no longer usable. Bldg 5010: • Repair HVAC system • Recover refrigerant • Install new expansion valves and modules on CKT #1 and CKT #2 (must change both circuits as existing parts are no longer available). • Bind sensor and module • Pressurize and leak check chiller • Charge with recovered refrigerant Bldg 5016: • Replace condenser fan motor and contactor on cooling unit
