Underwater Bridge Safety Inspection Services

In accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), each bridge with submerged substructure elements that cannot be inspected by wading or boat and probe methods must be inspected by a qualified diver at a frequency of 60 months or less. The work defined in this scope is limited to performing an underwater inspection of bridge substructure elements and preparing reports that detail the inspection findings. Project Location: Services will be performed at various locations throughout the MDOT Grand Region area including Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola and Ottawa Counties.
