Swan Park Playground and Splashpad - City of Waupaca

As of October 6, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Waupaca Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals for the design, permitting and bidding of a fully inclusive playground and splash pad at the cities Swan Park. The plan and specifications shall be prepared in a manner that the project is ready for bidding by March 31st, 2022, with construction in the summer/fall of 2022.
