Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. In determining Bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in "DIVISION 00 SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA".
