Description

1. Remove existing walls as shown on demolition plan, haul away and dispose of in accordance to local ordinances. 2. Remove existing drywall ceiling per plan. 3. Remove existing ceiling grid as shown on demolition plan, haul away and dispose of in accordance to local ordinances. 4. Remove and return to owner all ceiling lighting fixtures. 5. Remove existing flooring included adhesive if required to install new flooring. 6. Prepare floor surface to receive new flooring including but not limited to filling cracks and applying floor leveler. 7. Remove existing casework per plan. 8. Remove existing data outlets back to data communications room. 9. Modify existing sprinkler system to match the new ceiling height and new framing. 10.Infill door opening to match existing conditions on both sides of the demising wall. 11.Modify existing wood benches per plan. All modifications, staining and finishing will be performed by contractor this includes any addition supports or needed. 12.Supply and install new 2X2 ceiling grid and pads. 13.Supply and install new ceiling lights per specifications. 14.Supply and install all electrical per plan including but not limited to all data cabling, audio cabling, floor outlets, emergency lighting, speakers, and final termination of all cabling. See low voltage scope below for more information. 15.Supply and install a generator circuit in the AV closet. 16.Supply and install all acoustic panels per specifications. 17.Supply and install judges’ bench, witness stand, podium and bailiffs’ desk to include all components such as ballistic panels. 18.All finishes to match existing finishes in courtroom 423. 19.All materials, tools, equipment must be removed from site once project is completed the site will final cleaned and reading for public use.
