As of March 29, 2023, project was awarded to Masters Plumbing LLC., but awarded amount is not available. The City of Ozark Parks and Recreation Department is requesting bids for two Water Heater Replacements. This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of a water heater at the Ozark Community Center located at 1530 W. Jackson Street, Ozark MO, and all other work in accordance with the Contract documents. Project Description: A. Project Purpose: Replace the existing domestic water heaters at the Ozark Community Center is past its life expectancy and needs replaced. B. Project Work Elements: The work of this contract consists of: 1. Replacement of the two (2) existing 100-gallon gas water heaters, with comparable water heaters including demolition of the existing domestic water heater; installation of a new high-efficiency water heater; reconfiguring the existing domestic water heating system piping; reconfiguring the existing water heater vent piping; and insulating the piping. Bid should include the replacement of the expansion tank. 2. Any and all electrical work required for related work elements above. 3. Bid shall include final adjustment and calibration of new equipment and necessary State Boiler permit and inspection.
