2020 Sidewalk Replacement Program

The project scope includes the removal and replacement of 4” and 6” thick concrete sidewalk slabs. A sidewalk inspection survey and condition evaluation of this section resulted in the conclusion that approximately 245, or 6,400 sft, privately-owned slabs and approximately 160, or 2,000 sft, publicly-owned slabs meet the City’s highest priority ranking for replacement, as depicted in the following bid quantities.
