Description

The selected engineer will be utilized to provide design and construction observation services for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Program with option years to also provide design and construction observation services for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 programs. It is anticipated that MFT or Rebuild Illinois funds will be used for the construction during this time period. Village funds will be used to fund the design and construction engineering of each program. The anticipated construction budget for each year of the road rehabilitation program is $1.3 million. As part of the services, the consultant or a sub-consultant will be responsible for all geotechnical services associated with the design and construction engineering of the program.
