I-5/SB over I-705 and RR - Special Repairs

STIP ID WDO-477 Replace existing deteriorating signs. This project updates signing at various locations throughout the region to address worn and/or nonreflective signing, and may also update sign posts. This work improves sign visibility for the traveling public. This record is for the Benton and Franklin counties' portion of a region wide project. As of January 05, 2023, this project is in conceptual status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The contract advertisement is expected in first quarter of 2024 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the fourth quarter of 2024.
