Excavation for New Pownal Town Hall

Excavator to prep bi-level site for app. 3640 s.f. foundation, prep for footings (4' frost walls), interior slab, install footing drains, fabric, backfill with compacted crushed stone), install 3" below grade insulation beneath concrete slab. Install footings for free standing vault, use compacted stone to fill 9'base of vault. Install dimpled membrane around perimeter of foundation walls. Dig footing drain to light, dig and prep for (4) 6' x 6' entry landings, 60' of 4' wide walkways, dig water & electric lines, dig for 1000 gallon propane tank, remove existing blacktop from parking area - all as per plan. Finish area around foundation with topsoil, seed, mulch. Construct 30' of boulder retaining walls. School house: Remove: tanks & drywall from foundation, attachments from building exterior, concrete foundation. Backfill Schoolhouse foundation hole with fill, apply 4" of topsoil, seed, and hay. If required, excavator will work in conjunction with Structure Mover to position School House and/or modular sections.
