| Description | A. Complete annual Operating Permits (OP) requirements including renewal application for 8 campuses in the BSZ as required by the City of Austin. See Land Development Code section25-8-233 and related code and ordinances. Perform maintenance tasks for 38 ponds at 13campuses in Barton Springs zone (BSZ) including 11 retention/re-irrigation ponds. See Attachment 1A for list of Barton Springs zone ponds and campuses with OPs. B. Provide information related ponds asset such as size, depth, and associate infrastructures (retaining wall, liner, headwall etc.) back to the Engineer and the District to maintain an updated database C. If the District receives a notice of violation (NOV), Contractor to review and determine if violation can be resolved within the base service. If additional work is needed to resolve the NOV, Contractor to work with the Engineer to define the scope and provide cost proposal for review |
