Description

The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide removal and replacement of existing wooden board fence for the District 3 Maintenance Office designated area. The Procurement Officer is Gregory Edwards, Assistant District Engineer. The sole point of contact for purposes of this IFB is the Procurement Officer's designee, Erin Conner. The Procurement Officer's designee may be contacted at telephone number 301-513- 7316 between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. or by email at econner@mdot.maryland.gov No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Questions are due by April 7th, 2023, at 2 P.M. EST. The Contract Manager for this contract shall be Mr. Gregory Edwards, Assistant District Engineer District 3 Maintenance Office. Mr. Edwards can be contacted at 240-882-2177. Questions pertaining to this contract shall be directed to Mr. Edwards. The Contract Manager may appoint other MDOT SHA authorize representatives to act on his behalf. Location will be North Bound 355 between Broad Brook Drive and Bellevue Drive, North Bethesda, Maryland.
