| Description | Project #1: 33' x 72' Gunite Concrete Rectangle Shaped Commercial Pool Pool depth will start at three feet and go to max depth of eight feet at the deep end portion. Shallow depth entrance will include stairs with ADA compliant safety rails and ladders to be compliant with safety code. Pool will have a manual trampoline style cover with brass deck anchors. Provide 2 lifeguard chairs and a handicap pool lift chair. Project #2: Construct and Design a 16' x 72' Commercial Pool Support Facility. This structure should consist of separate bathrooms for men and women, Chaise room between bathrooms for exposed plumbing, Pump/Filter room with chemical storage area, lifeguard/staff office and admission office. Building should also be equipped with outdoor shower area and covered breezeway separating the two buildings. Single row of asphalt parking behind with all markings per code. Handicap access from parking area to pool entry per ADA specifications and local health code. | ||||||||||||
