PVC Pipe for Landfill Cell Construction (Landfill)

Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide PVC pipe per the bid specifications for cell construction at the West Daviess County Landfill The bid items shall meet the following conditions: a. Perforations for 8" Diameter Perforated Schedule 80 PVC Pipe shall be in accordance with the provided perforation detail per Exhibit 1. b. 8" Diameter Perforated Schedule 80 PVC Pipe and 8" Diameter Solid Schedule 80 PVC Pipe shall come in 20' sections and shall be solvent welded connections. c. 8" Diameter Perforated Schedule 80 PVC Pipe and 8" Diameter Solid Schedule 80 PVC Pipe shall be delivered in such a manner as to be capable of being unloaded with an excavator (unloading will be accomplished by Daviess County Fiscal Court employees). d. All pipe and coupling shall meet or exceed ASTM D1784 standards. e. Manufacturer's specifications shall be submitted to the Owner for approval prior to materials being delivered to the West Daviess County Landfill. If applicable, the County reserves the right to extend the awarded contract for one (1) additional one-year term with the written consent of the awarded Vendor for up to a maximum of four (4) consecutive extensions.
