Description

The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award both contracts in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank. The asbestos abatement work will consist of the following: 1. 313 Marion Street, Vestal, NY Property Residential Structure: All identified asbestos containing materials (ACM's) present at the residential structure shall be removed. ACM's to be removed include the following: a. Exterior Transite Siding: The asbestos containing Transite Siding is located on the exterior of the structure. The total quantity of ACM Transite to be removed is approximately 1,400 square feet. Successful bidder shall begin work on October 12th, 2022 and be substantially completed on or before November 2nd, 2022.
