Furnish and install Ice and Water Shield over entire roof surface 4. Furnish and install vent at ridge of roof 5. Furnish and install EITHER standing seam metal roof or shingles 6. Furnish and install new 24 gauge metal gutters and downspouts in place of existing gutters and downspouts 7. Furnish manufacturer warranty for accepted roof 8. Roofing replacement will also require coordination with skylight replacement |
