Description

The Design of the new Baltimore Therapeutic Treatment Center and the renovation of the existing Jail Industries Building is a full scope design contract which includes the complete design and creation of thorough construction bid documents for the construction of the new Baltimore Therapeutic Treatment Center and the renovation of the existing Jail Industries Building at a site on East Madison Street, in Baltimore City, Maryland as per the attached design Program, dated July 2021. The selected Offeror will provide design services as required to implement the design program as per the DGS Procedures Manual. The new Baltimore Therapeutic Treatment Center and renovation of the existing Jail Industries Building project includes site work, site utility work, design and engineering, creation of construction bid documents, participation in the bidding process; mandatory presence at the construction site for the entire construction duration of the project, and limited participation at Warranty meetings held at 6, 12, and 23 months after “Substantial Completion” the project.
