The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from interested and qualified companies for HVAC Revitalization at the following locations: Fire Station #1, Fire Station #2, Fire Station #10, Property Management Shop, Douglas County DOT Office, Old Courthouse, Woodie Fite Senior Center, Landfill, Senior Services and the DC Health Center. Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % From the issue date of this solicitation until the completion of the entire solicitation process and announcement of award notification, all Contractor communication must be authorized by and directed to the Purchasing Department including, but not limited to, communications with members of the Board of Commissioners, Douglas County employees and/or contracted agents related to this solicitation.
