Add Alternate #1: Provide new digital thermostatic mixing valve and recirculation pump to serve Palmer Hall. Add Alternate #2: Provide new, digital thermostatic mixing valve to serve existing domestic hot water system in Adams Hall. OSA-AFB-1 REV 7/2020 Add Alternate #3: Point-of-Use thermostatic mixing valves to all existing hot water plumbing fixtures within the following buildings; Brown, Palmer, and Ritter. Add Alternate #4: Point-of-Use thermostatic mixing valves to all existing hot water plumbing fixtures within the following buildings; Adams, Administration, Argo, EEC, Gottlieb, Industrial, Jones, Steam Plant, and West Hall. Add Alternate #5: Provide new, upsized domestic hot water supply piping, add new hot water return piping to serve Steam Plant. Add new, digital thermostatic mixing valve. Add new recirculation pump to serve hot water fixtures in building. Add Alternate #6: Provide new domestic hot water return piping from existing hot water plumbing fixtures in Industrial Building to new recirculation pump and digital thermostatic mixing valve located in steam tunnels. Add Alternate #7: Currently, Gymnasium uses existing electric water heaters. Provide new domestic hot water supply and return piping to serve Gymnasium. Tie new into piping at EEC from the heat exchanger in Argo. Replace the existing thermostatic mixing valve and recirculation pump to serve the Gymnasium.
