PROJECT: CXT GATE HOUSE INSTALLATION FOR EAST BURNS RUN PUBLIC USE AREA, LAKE TEXOMA, BRYAN COUNTY, OK. This acquisition is solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is betw een $100,000 and $250,000. The Government point of contact for this requirement is Jon A. Denison, TX 75020 SCOPE OF WORK These specification and drawings cover requirements for contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to demo and remove the existing gate house and install a new CXT Schweitzer Gate House located at East Burns Run Public Use Area located on the west side of Cartwright, OK in Bryan County Oklahoma. 1.1.1 (CLIN 0001) - All materials, labor, and equipment necessary to demolish, remove and dispose of existing vault toilet, water treatment facility, existing gate house, asphalt roadway, concrete, fencing, and flower beds and dispose of in accordance with local and state law. 1.1.2 (CLIN 0002) - All materials, labor and equipment necessary to construct pad, place concrete, install electric, plumbing, and sewer stub ups, install new septic system, and install new electric service. 1.1.3 (CLIN 0003) - Provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to make final connections of electric, plumbing and sewer utilities, and construct and install cabinetry in gate house. 1.1.4 (CLIN 0004) - Provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to fabricate and install new gates and fencing and landscape after construction is complete. 1.2 REFERENCES 1.2.1 - ACI 318, ACI 301 and ACI 306 1.2.2 - ODEQ 1.2.3 - NEC 1.2.4 - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual EM 385-1-1 - Electronic file can be found at: http://www.usace.army.mil/SafetyandOccupationalHealth/SafetyandHealthRequirementsManual.aspx . 1.3 BASIS FOR PAYMENT Partial and Full Payment. 1.4 WORK HOURS Regular work hours will be from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
