The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of an 80,000-square-foot, three story above grade, 520-cell pre-engineered storage facility. As of August 4, 2023, construction drawings are being submitted for permits. An architect and a general contractor have been selected. Construction is expected to start in September 2023.
