| Description | Bids must be made on the Boroughs form of bid and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of Mountainside, 1385 Route 22, Mountainside, New Jersey and must be received by the Borough Clerk at the date and time named. Bids shall be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name and address of the bidder and: Bid Proposal - Curbside Collection and Disposal of Recyclables. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid and made payable to the Borough of Mountainside as Bid Security. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 and NJAC 17-27 et seq. The Borough of Mountainside hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal, in the Boroughs judgment, best serves its interest. Sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Mountainside for CURBSIDE COLLECTION and DISPOSAL of RECYCLABLES. |
