Butterfield Coach Lift Station Upgrade

The general scope of work can potentially include, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 17.5-foot by 21-foot, 32-foot deep submersible type wastewater wet well with three (3) 54-HP Flygt NP 3202 pumps, 13-foot by 22-foot pipe gallery, modifications to the existing wet well, 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, 24-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, concrete junction box with sluice gates, electrical systems, communication tower, natural gas generator, monorail trolley hoist, site work, excavation (including solid rock excavation if necessary), fill, base, concrete and reinforcing steel, piping, valves, pump equipment, dewatering with silt removal, cleanup, seeding, sidewalk repair, concrete repair, asphalt repair, paving, all necessary bypass pumping, and all other items of work.
