General Aviation Maintenance Facility Rehabilitation

This Project includes the architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical rehabilitation of one (1) maintenance building at both Peter O. Knight and Plant City Airports. Rehabilitation of the maintenance building at Peter O. Knight Airport includes demolition of an existing internal office, replacement or repair of select structural members, full replacement of the building envelope which includes metal wall and roof panels and four (4) skylight panels, replacement of select light fixtures and outlets, removal of wall mounted HVAC unit, installation of an underground greywater tank and associated piping, cleaning and painting of select structural members and installation of new workbenches. In addition to rehabilitation of the maintenance, building a new elevated metal IT room/office and slab will be constructed at Peter O. Knight Airport including metal ramp and stairs. The new IT room/office requires connection of existing power and data lines, relocation of the existing IT rack from the maintenance building, relocation of two (2) fuel tanks, new concrete slab, and relocation of data antenna. The rehabilitation of the maintenance building at Plant City Airport includes demolition of an existing internal office, replacement of select wall panels, removal of existing window mounted HVAC unit, installation of an underground greywater tank and associated piping, servicing of overhead rolling door motor, replacement of select light fixtures and outlets, and replacement of four (4) skylight panels.
