Camera: To be housed in a weather resistant aluminum/plastic casing with a polycarbonate dome. Camera controls: must be able to Pan/Tilt/Zoom controls with multiple present compositions. Camera Zoom: To be a minimum of 23x optical, 10x digital zoom with 360-degree continuous pan. Camera Resolution: To be minimum of 1280x720 (HDTV 720) resolution with up to 60/50 fps in all resolutions. Camera Auto Focus: To be able to auto focus day/night. Camera Video Compression: To be a minimum H.264, MPEG-4 Part 10/AVC, Motion JPEG video compression. Camera Connection: To Be 10 base-T/100base-TX Ethernet, IP Addressing: Dynamic or static.
