Liberty Park Basketball Court Demo and Installation

The City of Palm Bay (hereinafter referred to as "City") is requesting sealed Bids for "Liberty Park Basketball Court Demo and Installation." This project is being funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The awarded bidder shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and all Federal Provisions listed in Attachment A. Bidders must familiarize themselves with all federal requirements prior to submitting a response to this solicitation. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be accepted. The City will not be responsible for mail delays, late or incorrect deliveries. The City's time/date stamp will be the official authority for determining late Bids. The City of Palm Bay reserves the right to waive technicalities, irregularities or formalities; to reject any or all Bids; to accept that Bid which is in the best interest of the City of Palm Bay; and nothing contained herein shall place a duty upon the OWNER to reject any BID or award a contract based upon anything other than the OWNER's sole discretion as described herein. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Orders Nos. 11246 and 11375 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed or national origin. Bidders shall not contact any City staff member concerning this solicitation except the Procurement Staff Member listed in the solicitation. All Bids must be executed and submitted in a single sealed package. Bidder shall mark Bid package, "IFB No. 11-0-2023/NC, LIBERTY PARK BASKETBALL COURT DEMO AND INSTALLATION." Bidder's name and return address should be clearly identified on the outside of the package. Bidder shall submit two (2) complete sets with all supporting documentation: o One (1) hard-copy original (marked "ORIGINAL") and signed in blue ink, plus one (1) electronic PDF copy on compact disk (CD) or flash drive of the Bid complete with all supporting documentation. o One (1) hard copy (marked "COPY").
