Installation of 6” and 8” PVC C-900 water pipe and appurtenances along Old Towne Rd, HWY 114, FM 3259, Thistle Cir., Bluebonnet Rd., and N. Mesquite Rd. The project also includes improvements to the elevate storage tank and site including the installation of a chloramination system, and elevated storage tank trihalomethane removal system.
