Mrs K Community Center - New Elevator

The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer for facility alterations required to accommodate a new elevator. The alterations consist of selective demolition; establishing a new exterior entrance; new exterior accessible approach walk; new elevator pit and masonry elevator shaft; associated mechanical electrical and plumbing alterations required to accommodate new elevator equipment and shaft. The work is to be performed under a Stipulated Sum Contract, in accordance with the contract documents prepared by Architectural Expressions, LLP, dated October 20, 2021. New elevator will be installed under separate contract upon substantial completion of construction contract. The work of this proposed Contract(s) consists of: 1. Minor sitework 2. Slab on grade and concrete foundations 3. Masonry shaft construction and building envelope alterations 4. Aluminum storefront installation 5. Interior wall, ceiling, and finish alterations 6. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical system alterations. Elevator purchase/install will be under separate contract.
