For 2023 Sidewalk and Concrete Improvements - City Wide Various Locations This project consists of substantial sidewalk and concrete improvements in several areas of the City, as designated by the Owner and marked by the Engineer. Variable size runs of 4" and 6" sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, landings and stairways, are all within the Street R.O.W. and all within the City of Mason, City Limits. Construction shall include: removal and replacement of 4" concrete sidewalk totaling approximately 3500 sq. ft.; removal and replacement of 6" concrete sidewalk totaling approximately 1200 sq. ft.; limited concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement totaling approximately 120 Lft; as well as removal and replacement of existing concrete stairway and connecting walks; barricades and traffic control; Pedestrian traffic control and lawn restoration and clean-up; and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the ship-ping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Contract Documents for the project will be on file and available for inspection at the offices of the City of Mason, 201 W. Ash St. Mason, MI 48854; and at the offices of Wolverine Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. 312 North Street, Mason, MI 48854; Builders Exchange offices in Lansing, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids
