This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-22-Q-0519 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote within the TN area. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2202-06 effective date 26 May 2022. SAM registered and 52.204-26 Price Past Performance Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price. Vendor must be current with Certification on SAM - Vendor must have NASIC CODE of 238330 in order to qualify for award. Vendor will provide GRAND TOTAL on RFQ with the quote. Vendor must submit quote on time in order to be considered for award. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Not Applicable -No Options (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, emailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Notification of award or acceptance of an offer will be emailed to the contractor.
