Mississippi Greenway Arch Security Upgrades

Gr eat Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid# 2022-897B Mississippi Greenway: Arch Security Upgrades 897B in St. Louis City, Missouri. This work consists of modifications to door hardware access controls, electrical access controls, Public Safety Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. The Contract Time for completion of the Work shall be as follows: Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work no later than 120 consecutive calendar days after the Date of Commencement of the Work. Final Completion shall take place no later than 60 days after Substantial Completion. Time shall be calculated in accordance with GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION (Form GRG 5).
