Mechanical Construction Work Order

The work under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, subcontractor coordination, mobilization, demobilization, transportation, and supervision costs including all overhead, profit and any ancillary costs associated with completing the work. The work requires performing mechanical repairs, replacements, minor modifications, and safety improvements primarily in the Wastewater Treatment Division, East and West Sections. The work requires principally industrial mechanical and HVAC repairs and modifications, plumbing, equipment installation and related trades. Associated subcontractors (electrical, civil) may be required; any such electrical, site work, and/or hazardous material handling will only be performed as an incidental or ancillary aspect of the mechanical work, and only as necessary to accomplish the mechanical work.
